Primary Home Education UK

Home Schooling Services

Comprehensive and flexible learning programmes specifically for home-schooling families in England and expat families educating overseas.

Home-schooling, whether in England or as an expat educating overseas, can be quite daunting. All home-educating parents want to make the most of the advantages of home-schooling but many feel they would rather spend time at home interacting with their child rather than spending hours preparing detailed lesson programmes.

We help you benefit from the many advantages of home-education by supplying you with carefully prepared educational material covering the key areas of learning and placing importance on the fundamental principles (including spelling, handwriting and good numeracy skills) whilst giving you the flexibility to adapt our material to suit your childs' creativity.

Our Services

  • We offer "Curriculum Packs" to cover each of Years 1 - 6 (ages 5 - 11) in English (literacy), Mathematics (numeracy) and Science.
  • We offer an "Early Years Pack" for children aged 4/5 covering the Reception Year.
  • Our Curriculum Packs are tailored for each child based on their current academic level in each subject area.  They are a termly based programme of education largely based on the National Curriculum for England.
  • We provide the teaching resources, learning aids and worksheets necessary for each subject area.
  • Within mathematics and science, additional teaching and resource books are included which are used to highlight and expand on the National Curriculum. Practice books are included to ensure your child is fully confident with key skills, particularly in numeracy.
  • Depending on the reading ability of your child, our literacy curriculum pack can be expanded to include a graded reading scheme together with guidance on helping your child to learn to read.
  • In the areas of reading comprehension, writing and spelling, additional teaching and practice books are also included as above.
  • Work can be sent to one of our qualified education tutors up to twice each term for marking, if you wish.
  • Wherever possible, our curriculum pack highlights where you can employ the benefits of home education to supplement and expand on your child's education, whether by using skills learnt in "real life" situations or by visiting local museums and attractions.
