For families considering home education, whether at home or overseas, choosing a curriculum plan to use can be very daunting.
Our curriculum packs are written, from scratch, by qualified primary school teachers with home-educating families in mind. We do not rely on “off the shelf text books” as these are written for school teachers teaching many children at the same time and are not written with home educating parents in mind. We believe that parents are entitled to a supportive and academically robust structure specifically designed for home educating families to help their child learn successfully and happily.
Our materials give you a comprehensive daily and weekly teaching plan for English, Maths and Science informing you how to teach each topic to your child, the key points to communicate, together with a variety of specially written worksheets, activity sheets and games for your child to practice the skills they have just learnt. We include a variety of teaching strategies to use for key points, so you can tailor the teaching method to the way your child learns best.
For additional peace of mind, our material follows the National Curriculum in England and Wales and is updated as necessary to follow the latest national numeracy and literacy strategies.
Tutor support
Our curriculum packs also include tutor support, so if you have difficulties teaching an area of the curriculum, either you or your child can have a conversation with one of our teachers to help explain the point they are struggling with.
You can also send your child’s books and worksheets to the office on a regular basis to be marked, if you wish, and we can also supply progress assessments in Maths and English at the end of each term which will be marked by our teachers who will write a report to you discussing the progress your child has made that term.
Our families say...
"Your material is truly wonderful and every parent should have a kit like this." SGC, France.
"I would just like to say how much we have enjoyed your material over the last two years." KB, Chile.
"I was really happy with the material that I bought from Primary Home Education - the resources are excellent." CT, Dorset.
"The boys would not have fitted back into school so easily if it wasn't for your curriculum packs." SF, Saudi Arabia.
"The books have been fantastic and the work so clear and well laid out." NT, Niger.
"Thank you for all your help with our home schooling. It has been such a pleasure using your curriculum." PL, Wales.
“After using your material when schooling wasn’t possible, our son has now integrated himself very well to life at his new school. We are very happy and are sure that this would not be possible without your home schooling programme and all he learnt with it. Thanks again for all your support” FK, Belgium
